The Saskatchewan housing market kicked off 2025 on a high note, with 782 home sales across the province in January. This marks a 1% increase year-over-year and a 17% surge above the 10-year average, making it the 19th consecutive month of above-average sales since June 2023.

📉 Limited Supply, Strong Demand

"While market activity in the coming months will provide a clearer picture of trends for 2025, monthly sales figures continue to outperform expectations," said Chris Guérette, CEO of the Saskatchewan REALTORS® Association. “We’re picking up right where we left off after a near-record 2024.”
